The 2015 CTN Expo recently concluded and was yet again a busy weekend full of old friends, new faces, amazing artwork and a whirlwind of awesomeness.
This year was by far the busiest CTN Expo to date. Crowds quickly rushed the main hall as soon as doors opened on Friday morning. My plans to look around before it got busy were put on hold as people walked the aisles trying to find their favorite artwork, receive portfolio reviews and line up for panels.
I loved getting to meet all the new artists that showed up to the Expo. It was a pleasure to see all the new talent emerging. If you were one of the many that stopped by my table, thank you for taking the time to say hello and show your work.
The event was a huge success for me and each day I found myself racing home late at night and printing new prints that had sold out. I am also proud to say that a majority of my original pastel art also sold. If you are one of the people that now owns an original piece, I can't thank you enough. Seeing someone fall in love with an original piece of art is one of the best feelings an artist can have. To all that supported me, you made my weekend great!
Lastly, if we met at the expo please say hi and drop me a line through the site or on social media. I heard many plans from people for upcoming projects and ideas for their next CTN experience. Remember to write them all down and be inspired by the amazing talent that gathered in Burbank this year. I look forward to seeing everyone progress and grow before the 2016 CTN Expo comes along.
