December 12 was the opening night for the 12 Days of Star Wars exhibition at Pop Secret Gallery. I was lucky enough to be a part of this fantastic exhibit and have two pieces on display.
The exhibit is still underway and showcases talented artists from the fields of animation, games, comic books and more. I couldn't be more excited to have my own Star Wars art appearing in an LA gallery during the same month as the world premier of the seventh Star Wars film happens only minutes away.
I managed to create two pieces. One is a soft pastel tribute to one of my favorite scenes where Princess Leia rides a speeder through the forest of Endor. The second piece is an acrylic set of painted cels featuring child-like versions of Han, Chewie and Greedo, titled Greedo shot first.
Be sure to check out the exhibit at the Pop Secret Gallery in Los Angeles.
